Dog Lipoma & Tea Tree Oil? - dog lipoma disappeared

My parents were 13 years old dog has a large lipoma on the back of the neck and a few smaller ones. (For veterinarians, but it is not cancer, is just a fatty tumor)
I remember, somewhere with a tea tree oil or witch hazel topical solution for some relief. He wondered whether anyone Recipes for this .... I can not find one online.
And please, not a monologue about the surgical removal - it will not happen. My parents are 83 years and can not talk about it, I have in months.
