CHI HAIR STRAIGHTENER...HELP!? - how to fix chi straightener

Ok, so I have my hair, my friends with my hair iron chi, and my mother called us for dinner. So I went out and began to eat. When I got bak, but I wouldnt put switches, as change is not a red light and warm but wouldnt. So connected and disconnected and tried again and nothing happens! HELP! What can I doo ?!?!?!? I need to fix it! I went to my hair for the first day of school is Tuesday Update! and now that I work Straightener! How do I solve this problem?
